My name is Glenys and am super excited about rising to the challenge of the Henley Mile. Over the past year, i have managed to do the complete opposite of the Couch to 5K so am looking forward to actually being motivated with a friendly group of other mad cold water swimmers. For over a year now I have been sofa bound with the after effects of having Covid so this is also an attempt to finally kick Covid Kevin out of the house!
