This year's 6 inspiring Girls have been selected and are preparing to take on swimming a mile in the Thames on July 10th 2022 at the Outdoor Swimmer Henley Swim Festival.

The sun’s out and so am I

Just had a lovely swim at Hinksey Pool. 1 hour, didn’t count lanes, just enjoyed the sun on my face…

At the moment I have no idea how long it will take me to swim the mile but I have ordered a counter which will hopefully arrive by Thursday’s swim.
